How does virtual tax preparation work?

  1. ePro Self – for this package type, you can input and complete your individual or business tax return yourself; hence, you will need to have knowledge of U.S. tax laws.
  2. ePro Virtual – this is our most popular package where at a very low cost, we do everything for you where you make an appointment after you register, if you are a new client, or log in if you are an existing client and schedule your appointment. You will receive an email on your registered email address and a text on your phone with an appointment booking confirmation and then a reminder 15 minutes before the appointment to join in. Once joined in, an eProTax agent will be virtually waiting to complete your tax return. You can upload all your tax documents at the time you are making an appointment or during the appointment meeting.
  3. ePro Direct – this type of plan allows an eProTax agent to come to your location, after you have made an appointment via your login credentials and complete the tax return in-person.
Can taxes be done virtually?

Yes, taxes can be done virtually. Simply sign up on and select the ePro Virtual option from the three packages on the homepage. Once registered, our ePro Tax agent will be available for you to file your tax returns.

The tax season starts from January 24th and continues till April 15th of each year.

When is a tax return due?

If you file on a calendar year basis and your tax year ends on December 31st, the deadline to file your federal individual income tax return is April 15th of each year and March 15th, for business returns (S-Corp, Corp, LLC, Partnership) unless the date falls on a weekend or holiday, then the next working day will be defined as the deadline to file date.
